oh I was told not to wash it with soap and water, and just use toy cleaner, but that left an odd residue and I did;t feel ok just putting it away, so i washed it with soap and water anyway. I tried not to get water in the electronics, keyword *tried*

It's probably currently the longest it's been at 27 inches. I've never had it cut with the intent to make it shorter. only to get rid of split ends. I've had undercuts before to make it cooler and easier to brush, but now I prefer it thicker as well.
